Order Processing We strive to process all orders within 24-48 business hours. Please note: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or for highly demanded promotional items, order processing may take up to 7-15 business days.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. You can find estimated delivery times during the checkout process. Please allow for potential shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or global holidays.
Shipping Locations We ship to customers worldwide. Our products are shipped from various fulfillment centers strategically located around the globe to ensure the fastest possible delivery to your doorstep. (Please note: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time). Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track its progress. You can use this information to monitor the shipment’s location and estimated delivery date.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based on product value. These fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total.
