FAQ

1. What to do if there is water inside your watch?
If you notice condensation or water inside your watch, immediately unscrew/open the crown and place the watch upside down. You can help remove moisture by:

Gently warming it with a desk lamp or hair dryer on a low setting (avoid excessive heat).

Placing the watch in a dry environment such as a sealed container with rice or a moisture-absorbing pack.

After drying, please contact our customer service team for further inspection. Prompt attention is important to prevent internal damage.

2. Special Note on Automatic Watches
Automatic watches rely on the natural movement of your wrist to generate power. For accurate timekeeping, wear your watch at least 8 hours per day.

All our automatic watches also support hand-winding:

Without a screw-down crown: Turn the crown clockwise about 15 times.

With a screw-down crown: Unscrew the crown first, turn it clockwise about 15 times, then securely screw it back in before use.

3. Warnings & Care

Do not adjust the day, date, or month when the time is between 8:00 PM and 4:00 AM, as this may damage the movement.

Keep your watch away from strong magnetic fields (TVs, computers, speakers).

Avoid severe shocks or high-intensity sports while wearing your watch. Mechanical movements contain delicate parts that may be affected by vibrations.

1. Drop Shipping
We support drop shipping and can send orders directly to your customers. Please provide the correct shipping address when placing your order.

2. Delivery Time

DHL / UPS / FedEx: 4–15 business days

Standard Shipping: 7–45 business days

Note: Delivery time may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or peak seasons (e.g., Christmas). We appreciate your understanding and patience.

3. Customs Duty or Import Tax
Our listed prices do not include customs duties or import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any applicable fees in their country.

Return Policy

If the product you receive is significantly different from the description or has major defects, we will accept returns and cover the return shipping costs.

Please note: minor differences such as monitor color variations, reasonable measurement tolerances, normal manufacturing deviations, or subjective dissatisfaction with finishing/workmanship do not qualify as significant discrepancies or defects.

We also support no-reason returns. However, if the return is due to the buyer's personal reasons, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Returned items must be in unused, brand-new condition and must not affect resale value. Items failing to meet these requirements will be rejected and returned without a refund.

Due to the complexity of international shipping, please always contact our customer service team before sending back any returns.

Warranty and Guarantee

All watches are brand new and undergo strict quality checks before shipping.

We provide a 2-year warranty covering movement and manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

Water damage due to incorrect crown operation.

Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, strap aging).

Important Notice on Taxes and Customs Duties

Product prices do not include taxes or VAT by default. In certain regions, for eligible orders, tax payment may be available at checkout — please refer to the actual checkout details.

For orders shipped to mainland U.S. ZIP codes, the checkout amount already includes applicable taxes. Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) and P.O. Boxes are not available. For U.S. overseas territories, please contact us before placing your order.

Our store declares orders based on the actual payment amount. For orders where taxes are not included, the recipient is responsible for handling any import taxes or customs duties that may arise.
