1. What should I do if there is moisture inside the watch?
If only a small amount of water vapour is present, it will typically dissipate on its own. Wearing the watch face-down on your wrist for two hours can help accelerate this. If water droplets are visible inside the case, please have the watch serviced promptly.
2. Important Note on Automatic Movements
Fully automatic mechanical watches are powered by the natural motion of your wrist. For optimal timekeeping, wear the watch for at least 8 hours per day. Some models also support manual winding — simply rotate the crown clockwise 15 times (without pulling it out) to supplement the power reserve.
3. Care & Handling
Avoid adjusting the date or calendar functions between 8:00 PM and 4:00 AM, as the movement may be mid-cycle and adjustments during this window can cause damage. Keep your mechanical watch away from strong magnetic fields such as those emitted by televisions and computers.
