🔌 Power Supply Guidelines

- Always use the original charger and power cord; otherwise, the device will not illuminate properly.

- Never use chargers or power cords from other devices such as phones or computers.

- Plug the original black adapter directly into a wall outlet or a power strip. Do not connect it to the USB port of a computer, power supply, or other device.

🔘 Button instructions:

The left button is the power button; the right “M” button is for switching modes!

Left Button:

Power On/Off = Press and hold for 2–3 seconds to turn on or off.

Brightness Adjustment = Press briefly for 1 second to adjust brightness. Do not press and hold! Otherwise, it will turn off immediately! There are three brightness levels in total.

Right “M” button:

Each time you briefly press the “M” button for 1 second, the mode will cycle through the following four options:

Steady red light – 40 Hz fast flashing pulse – 10 Hz slow flashing pulse – Steady red and infrared light.

The light is changing because you are continuously switching modes; simply select the desired mode to begin use.

-How does the LED lamp work?

Mode 1 (constant red + infrared light) and Mode 3 (40Hz flashing) and Mode 4 (10Hz flashing) are all emitted from the same LED chip.

Mode 2 (constant red light) uses a separate red LED chip — the infrared chip is not active in this mode.

-What's the difference between continuous mode and pulsed mode?

Continuous mode delivers steady, uninterrupted light output.

Pulsed mode emits light in bursts at a specific frequency (10Hz or 40Hz), creating an “on-off-on” pulse pattern.

-Which mode should I choose?

It depends on your needs:

If you're looking to warm up targeted areas, ease muscle or joint stiffness and pain, or support skin recovery and anti-inflammatory care, continuous mode is the more straightforward choice — it delivers a gentle, consistent warmth.
